EDIT:
I decided to go ahead and edit this one for a couple of reasons. First there was some technical issues that needed to be fixed. Secondly, there was some questions as to what the piece was about. First, this wasnt a cheap shot at Christianity or anybodies beliefs. The idea behind it for me was to show how women are preceded in the church, from it earliest conception, how they were put below the male higharchy. Hence the woman dressed in the cloth goes against the status quo. And then the big question "whats with the eye patch" The idea is actually in reference to: Mark chapter: 9 verse: 47 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire. Because the piece overall, I think maybe considered offensive to some.

This one is very nice,you have had a beautiful idea with the mystical cycle and for the concept but...why the eye is covered?only this I ask same me and for this work,all,is much pretty :)

was the idea behind the eye being covered. initially, I was going to add blood to it, but didnt want it to be as gory as my last piece, although I still may...lol.
